ANTIQUE BOUDOIR DOLL with Long Flowy Glam Satin Dress
Oh my my, what a lady!
This incredible antique doll is a stunning example of 1920’s/1930’s glam boudoir. She wears an impeccable ivory-toned satin gown that lays past her feet paired with a darling matching bonnet.
Her fingernails are painted a classic ladies-red and she wears black (painted on) high heels.
Her eyes are a striking baby blue that contrast her black hair and lashes beautifully.
Doll herself measures approximately 24”, from the top of her head to her high-heel wearing toes. Her gown by itself measures 28” long when lying flat, from the top of her shoulders to the hem of her dress.
Her outfit alone is simply fabulous!
Materials:
She has a composition head, neck plate and chest.
Cloth body & mohair wig.
Ankles, feet, arms and hands - plastic.
Condition:
Please note the composition crazing on her face, neck, and chest that is completely to expected with her age. Her gown and bonnet do have some stains, rips, tears also consistent with age and delicacy.
She is a true antique and these flaws are to be expected and personally I do not feel they take from her power on display at all. If anything, I say the wear embraces both her character and age.
