HEAVILY EMBROIDERED Pink Floral Cream Colored Fringed Piano Shawl
Stunning cream colored piano shawl heavily embroidered with pink flowers perfectly and evenly placed throughout - complete with hand knotted fringe borders!
LARGE! Measures 48” x 48” without fringe.
Fringe itself is approximately an uneven 5-10” all over.

Because of the nature of fringe becoming easily tangled and knotted, it has been a known practice where people actually take to the fringe and cut it to prevent further knotting. This appears to be the case with this particular shawl. While I personally believe whoever trimmed this shawl did a poor and uneven job, it can be saved by someone with a more careful hand and even eye ;) So do not discredit his beauty! She can still most definitely be saved and admired - even if the fringe is shorter than “the norm.”
This is a great piano shawl to use for photo shoots as with the fringe being trimmed, it tangles less when being moved around.
Overall I would rate this shawl in excellent antique condition with no stains or tears with work to be done on the fringe!
